Moving can be stressful, so let High Tide Turnovers take care of the cleaning so you have one less thing to worry about. We provide detailed move-in and move-out deep cleans designed to leave your property fresh, clean, and ready for its next occupant. Every property is different, which is why we can tailor each clean to fit your specific needs, timeline, and budget. Please note that move-in/move-out cleans are performed in unfurnished properties only, and properties must be fully emptied prior to service unless otherwise discussed. 


All of our cleaners follow a detailed checklist to ensure no area of the home is overlooked, and we provide all cleaning equipment and supplies needed for the service. We also provide before-and-after photos for added transparency and peace of mind. To help avoid scheduling issues or delays, all move-in and move-out cleans are scheduled to begin in the morning in case the cleaning takes longer than anticipated.


What’s included in our move-in/move-out deep cleans:

  • Detailed kitchen cleaning 
  • Bathroom deep cleaning and sanitizing 
  • Dusting and wipe-down of all surfaces 
  • Baseboards, doors, and light switches 
  • Vacuuming and mopping 
  • Trash removal 
  • Spot cleaning walls when possible 
  • Interior window cleaning when accessible

  • Cleaning blind and door tracks

  • Refrigerator cleaning 
  • Interior kitchen cabinet cleaning 
  • Carpet cleaning (non-steam)

  • Environmentally friendly cleaning products upon request 


Please note we do not clean cabinet liners, chandeliers, or glass light fixtures. We only clean interior windows and do not clean exterior windows.

Our goal is to leave your property looking as clean and refreshed as possible. While we provide detailed cleaning services, we do not offer restoration, repair work, post-construction cleaning, mold remediation, or biohazard cleanup.



Our booking CRM system provides automated notifications for upcoming cleans, along with real-time updates so you can see when a cleaner checks in and checks out of your property.


In the unlikely event you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, we will return within 24 hours to make it right. Re-clean visits are limited to the original scope of work and must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.


Our goal is clear expectations, consistent communication, and a thorough clean with no surprises on either side.
